Ok, this is how I did it: First I went to my blog and clicked on "view my complete profile" (its at the very bottom of the "about us" section on the side of your blog) yours isn’t filled out so you will have to change it, but if you "edit profile" and fill in the LOCATION information it will automatically make the city/town and the state that you put in a link. At that point I just clicked on that link and it brought up all the other bloggers in that city/town. I’m afraid that I’m not making sense but I hope I helped a little :O) If you have questions don’t hesitate to ask!
I’m sure that there is probably an easier way, but that’s how I was able to find a few people I knew.
